If you're installing or updating software, sometimes after
the installation or update is completed require a restart windows in order to
run properly. Antivirus, driver and some software is directly related to the
windows system often do so. To restart the windows in a standard way will
require a lot of time and steps.
Actually there is a short and easy way to do a
"restart" the windows. Why are there quotation marks in the word
"restart"? because in fact it is a restart is not physically restart,
but only just restart the explorer.exe process.
